The introduction of OLED technology-research and development has been gaining steady interest among many for its revolutionized concept that would not only assist in the creating on long lasting lighting but also one which would be safe for both human use and the environment. OLED or scientifically known as organic light-emitting diode is a counterpart of your average LED with the exception of an added electroluminescent layer of organic compounds to the diode which reacts when it comes into the contact of electric current. Introduction of OLED technology-research and development is an advance breakthrough in science that has been gaining a steady momentum.

In reality, OLED has a lower performance level compared to LED’s which makes it a less efficient use unless it is truly meant for specific field of work. However, on the recent, researches have been keenly studying the possibility of using OLED on a much commercial front which would benefit many on a larger scale in comparison to LED’s. The creation of an organic light-emitting diode is a source for alternate lighting which helps in increasing the percentage of alternative energy that helps in conserving our environment. Such lighting is more of a substitute source of illumination that comes in handy for emergency purposes.

Many are unaware of the uses of OLED in our lives; however its usage has been in the practice for over the years. Mobile phones, iPod, MP4, remote controls and even domestic electronic appliances are in use of OLED. Advancement in technology has not only paved the path for gadget creating but there are also countless electrical components discovered along the way to assist current leading technology. Graphic display on your Gameboy, the screensavers on your computer and even the picture pixel on your Plasma television requires heavy assistance of diodes.

Although high in usage, the creation of OLED lighting has faced several limitations which would prove to restrict the uses of it. Technically, LED lighting has operational parameter which would affect the efficiency of the lighting equipment’s. But with the clear advantage that is present with the use of the light, LED and OLED lighting are design to work for a certain range of products that has made it much useful even with its presented constraints.

Super Dry cabinets are electronic auto dehumidifying cabinets with the facility to provide humidity digitally and control it between 1-50% RH (Relative humidity) which is also why it is perfect to be kept in ultra-low humidity storage and as well as electrostatic device production in various manufacturing places for various purposes. They are also called Desiccant dry cabinets although they are also commonly known as desiccators, dehumidifying cabinets, dry boxes, and ultra low humidity storage cabinets. The super dry cabinets also include special features like temperature control, air purification system etc which are very beneficial and purposeful for various industrial use.

Dry Cabinet

A Desiccant is a substance which has a very high affinity for water. This property of desiccant makes it a very good drying agent. Few examples of desiccant materials are such as Silica Gel, Calcium Oxide, Calcium Sulfate, Zeolite etc. just to mention a few of them.

Desiccant acts as a drying agent and absorbs all the moisture in the air within its proximity, making the enclosure dry and moisture free. Usually, when something containing moisture is kept in an open environment it releases the humidity into surrounding areas. Thus; making its surrounding more humid. In super dry cabinets in the air inside the enclosure is very dry. It readily absorbs any moisture in it and the desiccants do the rest of the job of completely drying out the enclosure. The desiccants act and keep absorbing moisture until they get saturated. Once the desiccators are replaced with a fresh desiccant the process of dehumidifying and drying within the desiccators is again maintained.

The super dry cabinet series are of two types: The super dry hyper series and the super dry 02 series. The super dry hyper series have a RH (Relative humidity) of 1-50% and include digital control double dry units. On the other hand the super dry 02 series are equipped with 2-50% RH (Relative humidity) and digitally controlled single dry units.
